餐廳的晚餐令我一試難忘,得知佢仲有午市點心提供,當然要再試埋佢啦。一上第一個小梨子咸水角簡直係驚艷呀。造型得意,最驚喜嘅係佢個皮撈得好好呀...... 講真咸水角個精髓我個人覺得絕對係個皮。皮要唔油,脆而軟糯,味要咸中帶甜同甘香..... 哩個真係不得了,凍咗都仲係咁酥、唔油同好味。潮州粉粿係有啲失望嘅,一般啦唔係唔好色,但對比起個咸水角就有點失色。今次嚟專程要會一會佢個灌湯餃嘅,都無令人失望,有原粒乾瑤柱好足料,湯底個金華火腿味好出。蝦餃皮薄同有好多蝦,啲蝦好彈牙。古法馬拉榚我覺得有好少好少白糖榚果種酸味,可能用同一方法、麵種發酵所以味道有啲似。甜品係腰果合桃露同綠豆清心丸,腰果合桃露味道好濃好好味,啲果仁應該先烘到好香然後先再煮嘅,質地好濃稠,要試哩個甜品記得要留肚。清心丸應該改良咗唔係用彭沙撈嘅,雖然無咗果種彈牙感,但彭沙始終係化學嘢食咗對身體無益,改咗都係好事嚟。清心丸質感有啲糯米feel,軟軟彈彈咁,都ok嘅,不過我就鍾意個腰果合桃露多啲。餐廳服務質素維持到嘅,員工都好好態度,好勤快。
