每逢週末又係要去行山嘅好日子啦!今日行完山就去咗食越南菜,呢間係沙田嘅牛肉粉專門店週末好多人,基本都八九成滿座,六點前入座仲係下午茶時段。今次叫左越北綜合牛肉湯河($60)、越式烤豬頸肉撈檬($58)、峴港炸蝦餅($30)。綜合牛肉湯河有生牛肉牛腩片同牛肉丸,生牛肉片上上枱時候已經接近全熟,好彩牛腩片夠淋同細細粒既牛肉丸好濃好juicy,綜合黎講算唔錯。烤豬頸肉檬粉既肉大概有六大塊,上面淋左蔥油、乾蒜同花生,豬頸肉外面焦香,落埋酸汁一齊撈埋食好開胃!最有驚喜係最愛炸蝦餅,炸到好香脆,入面又彈牙,強烈推薦!飲品就叫咗個椰汁冰,同平時泰國嘅椰汁加冰有啲唔同,呢度嘅算係椰奶沙冰,成杯smoothie行完山飲好正!
