SHAO is a cozy restaurant located on a quiet street near Mong Kok East.Their 4-course dinner set ($298pp) features some of their most famous dishes.
Would recommend the [ ox tongue skewers ] and [ foie gras mini burger ]!
We also had a [ coquelet "claypot rice" (288)] which was really nice! The coquelet was juicy and tender; and the rice was flavorful! Don't know why it is called "claypot rice" though as it didn't really taste like what claypot rice does haha. Anyway they cooked the rice with mushroom and pomegranate, which gave it a nice crunch and an exotic flavor. Recommended!

終於來到何文田 風評滿好的一家西餐廳 《SHAO》
"SHAO"的意思是"Stop Here And Order"，而餐廳的店面是蠻可以吸引途人停下來留意的
餐廳靠外面的半開放式座位、簡約裝潢，是休閒風的風格～
-晚餐提供四道菜套餐，餐點選擇蠻特別，味道也很好，不妨一試
另外其中一項單點菜式〔法國春雞釜飯〕十分美味，推薦推薦！

菜式配搭特別，西式、中式、日式皆有，感覺新鮮，而且味道有水準
份量不算很大，剛剛足夠
網民特別推薦他們的楓糖叉燒、鵝肝漢堡、hanger steak，的確不錯，值得一試～

前菜～兩串牛舌串燒口感爽彈，多汁，燒得很香，味道很不錯
跟面頭微辣的京蔥跟柚子胡椒很搭

麵包烤得微脆鬆軟；鵝肝油脂滿滿、入口細膩、味道十分香
鵝肝上塗上了黑松露醬
碟上也配有無花果醬，酸甜味道跟鵝肝很搭配，也可以中和油膩感～

楓糖叉燒
Maple glazed char siu
「叉燒」感覺是餐廳自家製的～豬肉用上了西班牙黑毛豬，以慢煮方式烹調
以楓糖漿調味，彷彿是茶樓裡的蜜汁叉燒～
雖然這道菜式得到很多人的歡心，但我覺得還好
黑毛豬脂肪蠻多，但算不上是「半肥瘦」般的鬆軟，反而有很多是咬不了的脂肪，質感較硬
不過我們都十分喜歡伴碟的炸蒜片、薑蔥醬～

Affogato
最後是甜點～上桌時，雪糕已經跟咖啡放在同一個碟子上
所以沒有 冷雪糕+熱咖啡 那冰火交融的效果
味道則是OK的～

首先賣相不錯～飯整齊的鋪在盤裡，上面放上已拆成雞腿跟雞胸的燒春雞
春雞非常滑嫩多汁
因為已拆件，也很容易吃
飯粒裡加入石榴籽跟蘑菇粒，味道炒得很香，石榴籽也加添爽脆口感
配搭特別，營養又豐富
