喺火炭食完飯就轉場去食甜品,今日有沙田友帶路嚟到呢間甜入心,門面都幾靚。入面嘅裝修都算花咗啲心思,睇嚟店主對於裝修設計都有啲要求。餐牌都有好多選擇,而且圖文並茂,而呢度嘅主打應該就係佢嘅椰皇甜品。見到佢喺鋪入面嘅招牌力推呢個焦糖布甸椰皇子,睇嚟呢個應該係必食,就急不及待揀咗呢個先!果然呢個係性價比最高嘅甜品,椰皇入面底層係椰汁味啫喱,淋上椰奶,然後再放上焦糖布甸,好有層次感,而且每一層都散發出唔同嘅香味,味道又好夾,呢個果然係鎮店之寶有個朋友超級好榴槤,所以就叫咗個榴槤椰皇子,望落去都好足料,而且仲有真材實料嘅榴槤肉,鍾意食榴槤嘅朋友就好推介,不過我唔食榴槤,所以講唔到俾你聽係咩味咯其實呢個都係椰皇子,不過店員話椰皇沽清,所以轉為用普通甜品碗上,佢哋都好有誠意嘅,每樣食材都加大碼,彌補番冇咗個椰皇,都OK啦!呢個嘅底層就係椰汁布甸,都好香好滑,好似食緊帶椰香嘅豆腐花咁呢個沖繩海鹽冰淨係個賣相都已經💯,非常吸睛,藍色嘅棉花冰上面舖上水果、芋圓、棉花糖同埋雪糕,真係相機食先之選!呢間甜品店雖然唔算話好平,不過佢嘅出品都真係幾唔錯,覺得佢哋製作都幾有誠意,即刻將佢放入我嘅encoreable
