自從我和老公搬到新屋之後,便再很少外出吃飯,今天難得「出城」來到九龍灣,當然立即去酒樓飲茶了,而今次我們便嚐試了這間新派酒樓,點了一些賣相可愛漂亮的點心No.1【脆皮BB鴿】$68BB鴿基本上只是皮+骨而已,並沒有什麼肉可以品嚐,果然是名副其實的「BB鴿」,沒想到到餐廳的招牌菜竟然是這種質素No.2【西米焗布甸】$39我見很多人都推薦這款甜品,所以我們便點了一份嚐試一下,可惜西米布甸無論是口感抑或質感都和坊間的有些分別,整體味道怪怪的,我們吃了一口便已經想放棄了No.3【彩虹蝦餃】$52餃皮都算薄身之餘,蝦肉的份量亦十分多,而且蝦肉也爽口彈牙,鮮甜可口,名副其實的「皮薄餡靚」,同時餃皮顏色比較特別,大家可以嚐試一下No.4【櫻花蝦燒賣】$42雖然燒賣的賣相比較普通和平實,但是味道卻相當有驚喜,豬肉餡料十分柔軟嫩滑,鮮美多汁,而櫻花蝦則咸香四溢,滋味非常,同時櫻花蝦的精華更完美滲透進豬肉中,美味得讓人口舌生香,回味無窮No.5【1954 蝦多士】$48由於蝦多士是即叫即製的關係,所以外皮十分香脆可口,而肉質則嫩滑可口,香甜美味,雖然它和我之前品嚐過的貴價酒樓蝦多士還有一段距離,但以這個價
