今日過了住筲箕灣的姨媽家中探望新生BB,之後她帶了我去附近的阿翁廚房食飯,這裏主打的是上海菜,地點是在一條橫巷內,比較難發現。我們先點了小籠包8隻,皮薄多肉汁,外皮不易夾散而且有彈性,裏面的湯汁豐富,加上鎮江醋後,有肉鮮味,價錢便宜,比外面連鎖大店更好味更化算。之後是生煎包包底煎得都幾脆,包皮比較十厚,肉餡比較少,而且比較油膩。另一個吃上海菜必點的水晶肴肉,肉質比較結實,膠質很重,而且份量頗多,做法正宗。蟹子雲腿賽螃蟹,賽螃蟹比較鬆散,但不會太油膩,配蟹子幾特別,軟軟的蛋白有點點的脆口蟹子成對比。最後食埋個豆沙窩餅,外皮香脆煙韌,裏面豆沙餡十足,香甜可口,是我最喜歡的甜品之一。小店雖沒有連鎖店的名氣,但質素卻是不錯,尤其是小籠包可以跟很多大型連鎖店媲美。
