近年養生風氣大行其道,不少人開始對茶道這方面產生濃厚興趣,而素有研究中國茶的好友最近推介新蒲崗的茶作。她說不是種那死板古舊的中式茶居般沉悶,而是像輕鬆形式的樓上cafe,不少年輕人都愛去。既然朋友這麼推介,讓我去探過究竟,是否如此吸引。愛綠茶的朋友選擇了碧螺春 它的茶色如同碧綠的湖水,茶韻不俗,口感清香中帶有碧綠誘人的回甘滋味。店主說碧螺春所需熱水溫度80度左右,然後把它浸泡一分鐘左右,再回沖一回,碧螺春的茶香,茶味便會漸漸顯現出來。這裡所用的熱水壺就是最近流行香港本地製造的駱駝牌,它的保溫能力超高。朋友回沖個四至五次還有淡淡的茶香,喝起來依然順口,不錯的說。至於我則選了桔普,因為個人較偏愛果香的茶,桔普茶綜合了獨有的柑桔清香果味與普洱特有的甘醇爽甜,化作風味一絕的清甜甘美。店主說桔普比碧螺春所需的水溫較高,要100度的水溫才能把它清醇的果香味與普洱茶醇厚甘香之味泡浸出來。桔普那透亮的褐色,沁人心脾,入口細膩滑爽,回味甘甜,芳香獨特,混然天成,可謂一絕。普洱茶花生糖香味比較獨特,比原味的花生糖顏色更較深黑色,吃起來不會苦澀,我對普洱茶感覺有改觀,原來它也可以很美味。酥脆的原味花生糖帶有
