小姪兒K仔牛一,話要食韓國燒烤,無奈肥肥家族最愛嗰間「秘苑」早年已結業,XO爸B唯有另覓餐廳。咁啱週五同幾老表午膳時得知喺「金朝陽中心」消費即可登記做會員儲分享優惠,所以就喺名食廈揀咗間「伽倻韓國餐廳」黎試。「伽倻」佔用面積全層,環境寬廣,裝潢簡樸,由於樓底極高,人多都唔覺嘈雜。拍窗有一列早已坐滿食客o既二至四人卡位。大房內o既散座都好闊落,最緊要就係抽氣強勁,飯後唔會食到個身一陣味。點菜全權交由壽星仔負責,應建議揀咗個四人用o既「H Set」套餐,包有烤特級肉眼扒一件、烤特級牛肋骨兩件、秘制烤牛助骨一份、烤大蝦四隻、鮮生菜配雜菜沙律、辣炆豬排骨年糕煲一個、中份海鮮煎蔥餅、鮮牛肉鍋麵、及四客甜品。另散叫「蛋拌生碎牛肉」、「滑豆腐海鮮辣煲」及兩份「韓國特級霜降牛肉」。寫好餸,客套o既姨姨先換上金爐,並著好火。蛋拌生碎牛肉($260):生牛肉雖則外表砌到成朵花咁靚,可惜牛肉未完全解凍,入口仍有陣雪味,撈入生蛋黃都未能增添潤滑,即使梨塊甜甜o既味道討好亦難以補救。滑豆腐海鮮辣煲($138):海鮮辣煲湯多料少,蜆仔同青口又老又嚡,加上湯底唔夠濃且唔夠辣,實屬失敗之作。H Set餐($1,690
