今日去咗沙田嘅新城市廣場食晏晝飯。呢間 Here Thai Market 原來係"Asia's 50 Best Restaurants" 第一名廚Chef Ton同泰國知名酒家文苑酒家創辦人文偉賢師傅拍檔開設嘅泰國餐廳嚟架!呢間餐廳嘅菜式無論是甜度定係辣度,都會特別幫香港嘅客人調整番,應該大家都唔會食唔慣啦。呢一碟蟹肉炒飯好出色,我唔只係鍾意佢啲蟹肉份量夠哂多,更加係成碟炒飯都炒得唔油膩。蟹肉咬落去好有質感,而且炒飯用嘅係相對簡單嘅調味,唔會遮蓋蟹肉嘅鮮甜,呢個配搭真係好夾。泰式燒烤原條魷魚,火喉啱啱好,唔會燒到太韌,一上枱嗰陣香氣四溢,食落爽口彈牙,同埋份量唔算細,一隻兩個人分都好夠食。海鮮炒闊河粉闊河粉煙韌彈牙,配料豐富,有大蝦、魷魚圈、帶子等等炒起上嚟非常有鑊氣,好惹味。椰奶蟹棗呢個茶式相對比較特別,係炸好咗嘅蟹棗配合埋椰奶一齊食嘅。椰奶好香,擺入口之後啲蟹肉你喺口裡面喺綻放。飲品方面嗌咗「泰式手打檸檬茶」甜度適中,完全冇苦澀味有檸檬嘅清香但係唔會酸。而另一杯飲品係「泰式椰奶咖啡」椰香撲鼻,甜美可人,飲完一啖忍唔住即刻飲下一啖。Here Thai Market菜式相當之多,而且環

Here Thai Market菜式相當之多,而且環境夠哂闊落,加上位於方便而且熱鬧嘅新城市廣場,約多幾個好朋友一齊食飯就最開心嘞!
