一家人去料理農務食晚飯,最想吃的是有機豬肉生煎包,一客兩個,皮薄底脆,肉汁多到漏,豬肉餡絕無騷味,真是食過番尋味!小籠包也是多汁餡鮮,配上陳醋中和肉的膩口。。素涼拌青瓜是我喜歡的前菜,醋香入味,蒜味香。魚香茄子,走辣的。仍然鑊氣十足,又不油膩,加上有荀和冬菇絲,更有口感!北京片皮鴨,餅皮香,皮脆無肥膏,肉又嫰,加上特色配菜石榴,酸甜的味道,中和鴨肉的肥膩,簡直是絕配。我好愛這款新口味,別處吃不到的美食。楊州炒飯是普通的一個茶餐室食物,不過經過廚師加入西班牙香腸之後,變得更香濃,又美味的料理!素餃子皮薄餡靚,清新的感覺!花雕走地雞,皮滑肉嫩,酒香入味,是夏季首選的涼菜!
