話說朋友有日見到囍慶藝廚酒樓做緊十全十美既四人套餐推廣,每人都係二百幾蚊,套餐裡九道菜是海鮮,一道菜是乳鴿,重要任飲橙汁、啤酒(生力)、椰青水,重要包埋茶介,重要免加一,呢個推廣聽完你唔食,咁你走寶啦!所以我一行四人放工即刻就去試試佢,去到先知原來重要無時間限制,我地覺得好似去左食海鮮放題咁興奮,入到洒樓環境坐得舒服及服務幾好,成日幫我地換碟,上菜速度簡直快到不得了,先黎介紹第一道菜白灼海蝦有8大隻,彈牙爽口,絕不是雪藏蝦上湯青龍蝦伊面,用2隻龍蝦開邊,肉質彈牙已經不在話,Size都比較大件,而且個伊麵底係好多豉汁蒸元貝四件,豉汁味香濃,如果有埋粉絲就錦上添花啦,清蒸沙巴龍躉仔,估唔到條魚都幾滑身,而且火喉同時間都控制得啱啱好,薑蔥粉絲蟹煲,上到枱就已經聞到香噴噴嘅薑蔥蟹味,粉絲索晒蟹嘅精華.......已經無法用字表達礦泉水灼鮑魚四隻,雖然唔算好大隻但囗感都好彈牙,金粟海鮮湯,有粟米、紅蘿蔔、花甲、蝦,咁樣既湯唔鮮甜都幾難啦酥炸大生蠔四隻,炸皮薄之餘重要炸得香脆,而且肉質鮮紅燒乳鴿兩隻,炸得香脆有肉汁,本人極之推介金銀蛋菜心,菜心清爽無渣,最後係黃姜炒飯,內有葡萄乾同粟米,炒得均勻,
