晚晚要食住家菜,最苦嘅相信都係家中最為食嘅大肥爸爸,每隔幾日佢就會話想去邊度邊度,由開頭單憑記憶都演變成寫埋清單!晚市一開,肥肥家族第一炮就試咗最近屋企嘅「何必館」。據悉大廚出自名人飯堂「福臨門」,其後曾被劉富商私有化,來頭絕不惹少;現於新店擔當主理一職已不用管太多了,店名莫非寓意著要豁出去?!間隔以木為主嘅中菜廳設有數間私人廂房,分別可容納二至十六人。用餐大堂簡單以中式屏風裝飾,收銀處則擺放著和風招財貓,傳統嘅風格似乎係會接受來自外國嘅構思喎。服務生專業有熱誠,態度和藹友善。四人被安排入座廳內近窗嘅圓枱,配上厚墊椅櫈,舒適闊落。舖上枱布嘅餐桌上除咗每位席上擺有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具之外,亦有提供濕紙巾及口罩套,衛生意識極強。因深知傳統功夫菜有部份需時備製,所以訂座時已經寫咗幾道餸。中英對照嘅厚本餐牌共有十三頁之多,其中最後一頁列出雜項收費詳情,包括茶錢($20/位)、切餅費($100/個)及開瓶費($200/樽);眼見網上資料未為齊全,細佬就藉此機會續一上載。蟹皇海虎翅($1,580/位):為咗要試多幾款菜,所以就訂咗兩碗媽咪想食嘅蟹皇海虎翅分,廚房好有心地預先分好四個半碗,認真體貼。
