星星韓風已過了一段時間,奈何從沒機會一嚐當中的炸雞滋味。今回適逢和友好聚餐,有人提議試試韓式炸雞,正合吾意 。上網尋尋覓覓,最後選定地點便利的 Mr. Korea Chicken 用餐。餐廳開業於食肆臨立的登龍街,店內不算很大,牆上掛上韓星海報,電視放影韓流音樂節目,加上韓籍店員,店內「韓」意洋溢。當然,當各火辣美食源源送上後,體會會隨即轉變...因人多關係,可一口氣試勻多款炸雞美食。先來最原始口味的原味炸雞,炸雞香脆而不油膩,肉質嫩口,但略為乾身少許。香辣炸雞面上灑上香辣醬汁,相較原味炸雞,食感較濕潤,脆度則相應減少,醬汁甜重辣輕不嗜辣的朋友也可輕易駕馭。至於洋蔥炸雞,所用上的醬汁酸度比香辣炸雞高,食味有點似泰式醬,炸雞和洋蔥一起吃,味道層次多一點。醬油雞翼是相對上少點上火的雞肉菜式,雞翼大隻飽滿,醬油味香而不過鹹,食味酥香不俗。辣芝士雞芝士香氣稍淡,亦沒預期般煙韌起絲。當眾人以為芝士菜式多是口味平和之際,入口辣度一湧而出,令人大跌眼鏡。最後是香辣雞腳,雞腳早已去骨,進食方便,但賣相捲縮起來有點怪。至於口感味道,雞腳既富膠質又帶少許爽口,醬汁調味辣度高,芝麻香味滲於其中,是刺激之選
