希臘羽衣甘藍沙律配檸檬橄欖油汁,配煙三文魚 ($98) 天氣咁熱,食翻啲酸酸地既頭盤就最能開胃~ 本身叫羽衣甘藍都驚會有草青味,但係加咗檸檬汁同橄欖油落去食落就冇草青味,反而幾開胃~ 仲食落好爽口!主菜揀咗呢度最出名嘅牛扒。炭燒美國極佳牛扒($468/ 30oz) 寫到明二人份量,但係真係估唔到塊牛扒仲大塊過臉!煎到7成熟,油分仲留係塊牛扒上面,睇落十分juicy!! 牛扒食落牛味好重,質地比較實同有咬口,但食落仍然係好juicy,正!烤豬肋骨配香烤春雞半隻 ($174) 呢個主菜係絕對重量級!大大塊烤豬肋骨,面頭塗滿照燒汁,酸酸甜甜,外圍保持脆身,唔會放得耐就變冧。燒春雞皮脆肉滑,食落幾好。飲品試咗 Blood orange 🍊 ($48) 有唔同既水果乾係入面,飲落唔似橙味,比較似twinings既果茶味,味道幾特別。Gold Coast ($34) 係有薄荷,菠蘿汁同另一種果汁加埋黎整既飲品,成杯飲品好fresh,帶微酸,大熱天時飲啱哂!
