與好友闊別多時約吃飯,選了在美孚,經常吃粵菜,倒不如今晚吃上海菜。食肆在商場內,頗隱蔽,人流不多,旺中帶靜,可寧靜地用膳,實在難得。前菜點了雞絲粉皮,有切幼的雞絲,青瓜絲,粉皮,將芝麻醬拌勻,帶給清淡爽脆青瓜和本是無味的粉皮增添好感,當然雞絲的功勞也不能抹殺,是不錯的小食。吃上海菜,不得不吃小籠包,老套也要說句,真的皮薄餡靚,可清晰看到皮下湯汁,肉餡做得細緻濕潤,有水準。清炒河蝦仁,肉質不及海蝦爽,但勝在味道清純軟滑,嗒落有味,酒香淡抹,粒粒皆好味。據說煙燻乳鴿是這裡的必吃菜式,也點了一隻,煙燻後鴿身顏色深潤,香味吸引,肉質幼嫩,味道醃得好。金蓮火方,金華火腿以蜜汁餞至軟身,惟仍覺可軟身一點,以餅皮包夾著脆腐皮來吃,也是一種享受,蓮子頗鬆化。酒釀丸子,帶點酒香,桂花香,二人分吃,足夠。大壽包乃是東海集團的招牌貨,大大個壽包,大大個鹹蛋黃,甜美的蓮蓉,飽晒!值得一提,羅漢果茶,滋潤降火,不要錯過。經此飯聚,知道彼此工作上都有進展,實在感恩,也感謝好友的勉勵,大家努力吧!
