講到維港景致,海港城OTE的餐廳可說數一數二,不少坐擁180度無敵海景,尤其遇上日落,打卡一流,美景佳餚,寫意非常!數月前開了一家名叫「八十里」、主打上海及川菜的中菜館,由大名鼎鼎的川菜大師陳啟德師傅與嚐·美高集團合作主理,意料之外,久違了的色香味俱全,吃到匠心之作的菜式,視覺及味覺皆滿足;配合維港景色,黃金組合!最欣賞「煙燻辣子通心鰻」,手工及廚藝心得皆水準之上,不愧為陳師傅的得意之作;「黃金龍蝦酥」真想得到,悅目味美;「櫻桃鴨肝」配搭出色。良辰美景,先來兩杯80里特色冰茶,在室外一面觀賞景致,一面與友傾談,為一頓佳餚作熱身;下一次一定要早點來看日落!西柚迷迭香 $58桂花青檸菠蘿冰茶 $58調配得很好,果汁味道豐富,清甜可口,心水推薦!餐前小吃櫻桃鴨肝 $198乾冰營造仙氣出場,妨似若隱若現的紅寶石!唔講仲以為這是甜點!但今次櫻桃甜衣裏面是鹹味的鴨肝,入口即化,豐腴香甜;櫻桃糖衣的甜味不止提味,更平衡鴨肝的膩。煙燻辣子通心鰻 $348見到紅海一片的賣相,不難估計這是辣子雞的變奏。據說以舉木將白鰻煙燻,讓入豬腸內,切成小圓件,然後炸至金黃酥脆,最後用辣子雞的烹調方法處理。入口香辣煙韌
