茶類甜品及飲品俯拾皆是,抹茶、伯爵茶、焙茶更是屢見不鮮,但似乎總是萬變不離其宗,這間位於長沙灣的TEA HUB以茶為主題,不論茶味甜品抑或是鹹點都層出不窮。雖然餐廳面積不大但卻相當簡約舒適,門外更有半露天座位;另外他們亦不時舉辦各式各樣的工作坊。牛油果三文魚大蝦芝麻醬羽衣甘藍沙律 ($80)綿稠的牛油果和鹹香的煙三文魚向來是天作之合,驚喜在於蝦仁經炙燒份外惹味。煙鴨胸柚子汁冷麵 ($80)雖然已踏入秋季但天氣仍不時酷熱難耐,舖滿青瓜、糖漬香橙、蟹柳和蛋絲等配料色彩繽紛,冰涼的冷麵加上柚子油醋相當清新消暑。茶食套餐 ($80)主菜可從茶漬飯、茶湯麵或茶湯冷麵中選一,而配菜方面選了和風燒南瓜和小茴炸雜菜球配洛神花醬。和風燒南瓜質感帶爽而非綿密粉糯,但塗上蜂蜜相當香甜兩款套餐均附上迷你沙律或是日小食,而當日款式則為伯爵茶薯蓉,質感綿密但伯爵茶味微不足道。柚子戚風蛋糕 ($55)這裡的蛋糕向來好評如潮,可惜當日只有兩款戚風蛋糕,沒有供應其他切餅或卷蛋。原味戚風蛋糕蛋香十足而且忌廉幼滑輕柔,柚子蜜醬甜而不膩,感覺清新。伯爵茶戚風蛋糕 ($55)伯爵茶蛋糕比柚子蛋糕更加濕潤鬆軟,而且忌廉當中亦加入

而最令人感動的其實是餐廳一直以來對香港人源源不絕的支持,身體力行,作為食客又哪有不支持的理由?
