自製長週末的最後一個晚上,到了食肆林立的登龍街覓食,選擇了一家樓上居酒屋一進店便恍如置身日本之中,精心的裝潢及壁畫充滿親切感先來一份葱吞拿魚腩薄脆以炸得香脆的米通配以吞拿魚腩,入口層次感豐富每次去大排檔必點的辣酒煮花螺竟然在居酒屋內發現,果然必有一番風味汁燒牛肩肉溫泉蛋石鍋飯,多汁的牛肉,真的是讓人一口接著一口吃不停燒日本雞尾外皮燒得香脆,入口無膻味!月見自家製免治雞肉,生雞蛋黃混和日式醬油,鹹度剛好,雞肉棒啖啖肉燒日本黑豚五花腩燒到脆口,口感不會太油膩,肉的部分亦不會太乾,調味恰到好處燒雞軟骨香脆又有嚼勁燒鴨舌皮脆舌心爽口香蔥蒜牛肉汁同配料混合得好好,帶出牛肉香味紫蘇葉雞皮蝦卷燒過的雞皮沒有油膩的感覺,裡面的蝦很大隻很爽口燒翠肉瓜很新鮮,燒烤後還保持着多汁美味離開時還可掛上願望,希望所有都成真
