臨近聖誕,為了秉承到尖東看燈飾的傳統,特意到海傍餐廳一邊欣賞對岸美景一邊享受晚餐位於帝國中心的泰國菜酒吧來頭不小,大廚曾在外國的米芝蓮餐廳中任職餐廳除室內座位外,還有室外沙發座位坐擁維港景色食品融入了西班牙小吃的概念,裝潢也帶有歐陸風味,酒杯型的燈飾搶盡風頭香辣炒蝦夠鑊氣,勁香口!蝦肉肉質緊韌爽脆板燒豬頸肉燒至燶邊有嚼感,附有泰式辣醬調味牛肉沙嗲串肉串軟嫩,伴碟的沙爹汁味道濃郁燒牛肉沙律酸辣比例剛好,味道跟在泰國吃的相近不在餐牌內的南薑椰汁雞湯散發著陣陣椰香,嫩滑的雞件味道鮮美英國蟹黃炒飯加入紅米,令顏色更搶眼!飯面再放上新鮮蟹鉗,充滿特色馬拉盞炒泰國通菜份量大大碟,而且夠香辣,非常下飯歡樂時光每天從下午三時至晚上八時,無酒精雞尾酒Kanom用藍莓、菠蘿汁、紅莓汁、士多啤梨糖漿和柑橘攪拌而成,充滿果香餐廳精選葡萄酒澳洲Twinswood Cabernet Merlot口感層次豐富,帶紅果及櫻桃果香!單寧與成熟的果味完美配合
