燒味滷師係長沙灣一間新開嘅燒味鋪,雖然話而家多左人返屋企食飯所以次次行過燒味鋪都會見倒有唔少人幫趁,不過燒味滷師就特別旺場,無論係排隊落單定等燒味都好多人,無他,因為見佢個價錢真係幾抵食。三個師傅喺廚房入面密密斬冇停手。去朋友屋企食飯,冇理由兩手空空,所以斬左幾款燒味試下。客家鹽焗雞($59) - 幾款燒味入面,鹽焗雞就最抵食,$59/隻,大大盒,鹹味啱啱好,雞肉唔會太肥或者太鞋,碎骨亦唔多。燒鵝下庄($120) - 燒鵝甘香油潤,鵝皮下面連住一層薄薄脂肪,正呀!燒腩仔($64/半斤) - 燒腩仔鹹鹹香香肥瘦適中,燒肉皮脆得黎唔會太硬。叉燒($50/半斤) - 叉燒顏色偏橙色,賣相雖然冇出面咁靚仔,不過食落都鬆軟,加埋甜甜地嘅叉燒醬都幾好食。
