既然夜晚不是員工都食得,今晚有機會一班人食飯,就試下呢間同事話大件夾抵食嘅餐廳。特色菜色要早幾日預訂,但要去現場落訂,係附近住就會方便啲。先黎一個大蝦沙律,見好多人叫,不過都其實只係一盤大蝦加生果,當係飯前果吧。再黎就係黑蒜海底椰燉竹絲雞,好甜,無味精,係屋企煲足料嘅味道。即場叫左沙薑豬手,呢個好味,入味,豬手爽!然後上枱嘅係羊架,同枱有人曾經食過,推介必食,無錯!好冧,只得少少羊羶味,不錯,係有少少涼左,再熱啲上枱更好!跟住一次過上埋燒鵝同牛腩煲加蒜蓉包,成枱都係野!燒鵝新鮮,我無點醬都好好食,有少少肥,有油香,皮脆肉嫩!至於牛腩呢,係普通好味嘅咖喱腩,係無驚喜姐,但蒜蓉包就好好味!大大件,外脆內軟,蒜蓉香,就咁食已經好好味,索埋啲咖喱汁仲好味!我哋仲叫左薑蔥炒蠔,蠔好大隻!又入晒薑蔥味,都幾正!最後係紅燒龍躉旗,超大份!賣相贏晒!不過我個人覺得有啲老,同事就話龍躉係咁,唔會好滑,而且要連皮食先好味,好多骨膠原,哈哈!有人識食就好了!仲叫左個菜,唔多講。八餸一湯,八個人,盛惠每人$370。
