潮丸,聽個名以為係食D好潮既小丸子之類,原來唔係,此潮乃潮州也。作為一個潮州人,就入去睇下有幾潮。同我食開既潮州打冷餐廳唔一樣,餐廳裝修都幾潮,光猛乾淨,桌櫈新束束,靠門口的幾張枱有梳化可以坐。叫了一碗牛三鮮,一碗豬三鮮,一碟鹵水拼盤,一份淨豬手。除左潮州辣椒油,餐廳仲提供黄燈龍椒同紅燈龍椒,魚露同紅醋更係潮州野不可缺少既調味料,所以完全感到餐廳有幾潮,幾咁有誠意同貼心。牛三鮮有牛丸,牛肚,牛坑腩。牛丸真係好彈,果然係名符其實既手打牛丸,坑腩好爽,帶少少肥,非常口味。牛肚炆得好冧,好入味,牛三鮮果然好掂。由於朋友唔食牛,所以叫豬三鮮。豬三鮮有五花腩,扎肉,豬肉丸。五花腩鹵水好好味,瘦肉同肥膏係黃金比例,肥膏唔會好多,咬落去好爽,唔會感覺好肥膩。豬肉丸都好彈,果然潮丸既丸係非同凡響。大家都以為扎肉係越南野,其實潮州都有扎肉,係好正宗既潮。鹵水拼盤既鹵水汁好掂,每一樣野都鹵得好入味,豬手好冧,但豬皮仲好脆。豬大腸入面D肥膏切走晒,變得無咁邪惡,但依然係好爽口同好味。豆乾唔會好硬,配埋鹵水汁好好味。由於豬手實在太好味,最後忍唔住叫多份淨豬手食
