成個月冇打過邊爐,好辛苦,今晚一定要嚟打一打!牛腩牛筋鍋 ($288)上次嚟試過胡椒豬肚湯底,今日試吓呢個。上菜前先用慢火燜兩個鐘,食落極之軟腍,湯底好清一啲都唔油,每一舊牛腩都癡住啲筋,一啲都唔癡牙,口感仲非常順滑添!個湯好清甜,甜到唔捨得用嚟打邊爐,就算加湯嗰陣都係加自家煲製嘅雞湯,好好飲呀真係!!!!!!!日本蒜香清酒煮蜆 ($128)飲完湯就睇表演,店員先將個鍋加油煮熱再爆香蒜蓉及蔥,香到呢!!!!!之後加入蜆及清酒,香到想未煮熟就食喇!跟住再點火,有晒視覺及味覺效果!好快啲蜆就開晒殼了,每一隻蜆殼入面都藏滿蒜蓉及蔥,再飲少少清酒,係10級好味。只係$128,又即場煮,鍾意食蒜及清酒煮蜆嘅一定要食呢個!糟滷冰鎮醉蝦 ($98)原來糟滷係上海菜中經常用嚟醃食物嘅滷水,由陳年酒糟之中提取糟汁後,加入辛香調味料做成。食起上嚟涼浸浸,夠晒醉但味道唔會太搶,蝦夠晒新鮮,食完嗰種回甘真係忘不了!燻蛋 ($76)店員推介呢個加咗椒鹽嘅燻鴨蛋,賣相好靚色澤光亮,中間嘅黃係半凝固㗎,蛋味比普通雞蛋濃郁,椒鹽又再帶出蛋味,勁好味!七味炸魚皮 ($68)上次食過之後好難忘嘅魚皮,今次一定要再enco

七味炸魚皮 ($68)
上次食過之後好難忘嘅魚皮,今次一定要再encore,不過我都係鍾意唔落七味粉嘅version!每一塊都差不多有我成隻手板咁長又厚身,新鮮炸起熱辣辣一啲油膱味都冇,只有卜卜脆及酥香,將一邊輕輕放入湯中灼一灼,另一邊唔灼,又軟又脆嘅口感真係超級滿足!

魚皮餃當然係必食㗎啦,但加入咗wasabi變咗綠色嘅魚皮餃又真係味試過喎!未咬開已經聞到wasabi味道,有少少攻鼻但冇不適感,真係好過癮!自家製韭菜餃隻隻都好飽滿,我本身係唔鍾意食韭菜嘅,但出奇地呢隻韭菜餃冇嗰種好刺鼻嘅辛味,係我呢世人第一次覺得香嘅韭菜餃!神奇......

排擋餅墨魚仔 ($68)
細細粒墨魚丸,第一啖食以為係魚蛋,點解可以咁彈牙嘅?!咬開後仲有好多細細嘅墨魚粒,真材實料!喺最尾嘅時候食唔晒,諗住麻煩店員俾個盒我,但佢哋話用盒好大而且唔環保,佢哋每朝做buffet用好多jam,所以有好多樽剩,於是俾個jam樽我放墨魚仔及牛丸仔,真係又環保又得意!
排擋餅牛丸仔 ($68)
店員遞上嘅鉸剪終於大派用場,原來係用嚟剪開啲牛丸仔㗎!一樣係咁彈牙,而且肉味好香,細細粒真係好得意!

蕨餅
今晚嘅甜品都係蕨餅!!!味道都係好清新,仲有柚子粒,不過今次嘅口感冇咁軟糯,雖則冇上次咁好味,但作為香港嘅蕨餅,都算係咁,好過出面好多㗎喇!
