契妹閉關大半年,適逢小肥生月,終於來電相約短聚,為契哥歡樂慶生一番。兩個人搵位難度冇咁高,又可以去遠少少,所以就揀咗堅尼地城一家表弟妹推薦咗好幾次嘅日式串燒店「しば」(Shiba)。餐廳離地鐵站不遠,不難找到。木造嘅門面配白色嘅布簾散發著一股和風。不過正門嘅候座區旁擺放咗一袋疑似垃圾嘅大黑色膠袋,難免會令等位嘅貴客感到不安。步入小店,發現四周擺出不少酒瓶及列車照片,估計酒酒與火車均為店主嘅愛好。牆上貼出嘅「一刀兩斷」可能有段故喎。。。用餐大堂右方排出一列以抗疫膠板隔開嘅二至四人合拼式散座。早已訂座嘅二人被安排入座左方圍繞著開放式串燒廚房嘅吧位。面前堆疊出嘅酒盒、模型、火車軌等飾物都佈滿塵埃,直令有鼻敏感問題嘅契妹不停嗦鼻水。其實最簡單嘅解決放法就係「斷捨離」咁啲擺設,地方除咗會見洗啲,清潔工作亦簡易得多,衛生自然可有所改善。桌上除咗有消毒物資、自用餐具及串燒棄置桶之外,每人仲有隻連盒嘅清酒杯,客路明顯飲清酒多。兩頁飲品牌順理成章地以日本清酒項目為主。其中一塊黑板亦寫上半價清酒推介。契妹一向不好酒精類飲品,XO仔唯有獨自暢飲三得利生啤($88/380ml)。食串燒有度好,就係可以各自各點
