串燒狂迷要試盡港九新界嘅串燒店,高木係尖沙咀勁方便收工去happy hour。呢間算中高價嘅串燒店,不過價錢同質量成正比。首先講下我極上癮嘅幾款先,發現佢肉類同海鮮做到特別出色。牛舌係最推,平時出面食牛舌,厚切牛舌往往會遇到一個問題就係好難咬開。但呢個唔會,佢係熟度岩岩好,食落去係感動嘅味道。燒安格斯牛係燒得剛好不過火,咬落去裡面仲有肉汁爽口嘅野係我至愛,所以黎串燒店必叫雞腎,鹽燒輕輕帶出鮮味,爽口不難咬燒鮑魚好怕太韌,呢個唔會,放心仲係勁甜勁鮮。帶子係輕輕燒過,所以絕對唔老唔痴牙!燒菠蘿 呢間菠蘿面頭有焦糖,脆卜卜,咬落去爆汁勁開心!同朋友黎飲下酒傾計都幾適合!
