餐廳提供好多刁鑽部位,好似頸脊、肉眼邊、腩頭、挽手、腩心、金錢𦟌、牛坑爪、牛白肉、牛心頂等等。有啲連個名都係第一次見,好在有職員耐心講解下,如果唔係真係無從入手🫣牛頸脊位於背脊近頭嘅位置,帶少少肥膏,軟嫩又不失牛味。牛挽手係胸小肌,即係前腿連心口位置,肉味油香十足又帶有嚼勁,非常值得一試!牛心頂係連住牛心嘅血管,雪白顏色好特別,口感超級爽脆,第一次食感覺幾得意😎 鮮牛脷切成一口size, 夾住放落去淥10秒左右就食得。當然唔少得自製牛肉烏冬啦🫶🏻食到差唔多嘅時候,職員喺青紅蘿蔔牛蹄鍋入面撈起牛蹄,剪曬啲牛筋出黎,原來有成碟咁多😯好似啫喱嘅牛筋好滑好冧好入味!除左牛之外,手打四寶丸都好出色,包括牛丸、墨丸、蝦丸同鯪魚丸。幾中意佢嘅墨丸同蝦丸,特別彈牙同有鮮味,果然手打係與別不同💕 炸魚皮都好大片,就咁食或者浸一秒湯都好好味🤤 最後飲埋茅根水,消暑解渴。

食到差唔多嘅時候,職員喺青紅蘿蔔牛蹄鍋入面撈起牛蹄,剪曬啲牛筋出黎,原來有成碟咁多😯好似啫喱嘅牛筋好滑好冧好入味!
