有位朋友住紅磡,近近哋去咗黃埔食嘢,好耐冇食台灣菜,佢介紹我食一間喺當區人氣頗高嘅台灣菜。有湯麵、拌麵,仲有各款特色小食,台式飲品想必都系吾少人最愛。甘梅脆薯吾多台灣餐廳有,表面灑滿梅子粉,脆薯每一件都好軟綿綿,味道香甜🍠加上梅子粉酸酸甜甜好開胃👍🏼木魚豆腐真系好少食!其實似日本菜嘅前菜,同樣又木魚喺豆腐上面,只系日本菜系好清嘅豆腐,呢度就將兩者二合為一,食戈陣兩樣都食到,醬汁都好入味。路邊攤拼盤即小食拼盤,有鹽酥雞、花枝丸、台灣小香腸,鹽酥雞香脆度還好,花枝丸食到一粒粒墨魚🦑小香腸好味😋台式小食拼盤向來吾會太差。朋友叫紅燒牛筋腩麵,湯麵可以揀大骨湯/ 蕃茄湯/ 牛肉湯/ 麻辣湯,朋友揀蕃茄湯,蕃茄味一般,牛筋腩有嚼勁,有啲肉都夠淋。另一碗紅燒牛肉麵,配番牛肉湯,牛肉湯有藥材味夠正宗,牛肉吸咗牛肉湯更能突顯本身口感,肉味香濃,口感軟稔。珍奶🧋一定系台灣菜必飲🧡落單戈陣話少甜少冰,少甜戈part就明顯,好彩都不至於淡,茶味香醇,似港式奶茶🤣珍珠煙韌。朋友叫阿華田胚芽波波,阿華田表面有胚芽又幾得意,一粒粒加阿華田好味道🤎
