閉關前,當然要約D姐妹一齊去食好野啦! 又一齊相約在觀塘XD 今晚都係食我最愛既上海菜。(佢地好好呀,永遠就晒大肚婆) 由於BOOK左位,可以直入~~~蒸銀絲卷: 總共有4件,蒸得好香岩岩好,配埋煉奶簡直係PERFECT MATCH,銀絲卷咬開好香口,唔痴牙,仲明顯見到一絲絲,好味道!蔥油淋雞(半隻): 可以話同張相一模一樣,蔥油汁另外上的,可以隨自己既喜好落幾多,我地當然係落晒啦XD 雖則就話落晒,但係無乜蔥油味,而且唔係好香。至於D雞就一般啫,比較瘦既雞,肉比較”鞋”,又比較少,骨多D。其實呢個係類似炸子雞咁,個皮脆脆地,食落個皮都算幾香口既!清炒豆苗: 我地見清炒普通菜都要$98,豆苗都係$118,不如食豆苗啦! 呢個豆苗炒得好香,雖然只係落左蒜容炒,但係好好味!!! 豆苗十分清甜又無沙,顏色又翠綠,十分吸精!可惜用油太多,食完之後成咀都油…建議下次可以用返少D油,咁會再好味D~生煎包: 第一可惜就係用油太多了..的確食完之後成咀都油呢!之但係生煎包個皮做得好出色,我好欣賞佢就算放左好耐,個皮都仲係脆卜卜的!!!!咬落去D汁係”必”晒出黎架!D肉餡都整得好夠味,又唔會鬆散,整體不
