自從今年初第一次幫襯,到而家已經幫襯咗 4 次,呢個月仲要幫襯咗 2 次 🤭🤭早前帶媽媽食過一次,佢對呢度嘅杏汁豬肺湯念念不忘,佢生日就再嚟食多次啦 🙂 我哋一行 7 大 1 細,叫咗一個湯加 4 個懷舊餸都食唔晒。杏汁豬肺湯依然好香杏仁味,媽媽仍然讚口不絕,生菜包啲生菜好甜,中和返炒香嘅蠔豉冬菇肉醉同炒米粉。錦鹵雲吞小朋友食到眼閃閃 😅紅燒元蹄一上檯大隻到 O 晒嘴,食落唔油膩仲覺得啖啖骨膠原,到剁椒魚頭上檯又再 O 多次嘴,要幾大條魚先有咁大個魚頭? 哥哥叫咗中辣,我頂唔順,食咗小小都覺得好正,仲有粉絲墊底吸晒啲魚汁 👍👍👍早 2 日再同中學同學一行 11人嚟慶生,杏汁豬肺湯,生菜包同錦鹵雲吞係鐵膽,再加陳醋木耳,金碧小炒王,大魚兩食,花雕蛋白蒸大蝦同金華玉樹雞。陳醋木耳好入味,啲醋食得出係正嘢,金碧小炒王相比下有啲遜色,大魚兩食好正,尤其係蒜蓉蒸魚腩,無魚鱗之餘仲感覺到滿嘴骨膠原,花雕蒸大蝦好滑,有好多隻大蝦,金華玉樹雞餐牌上係無嘅,唔知點解同學知道有得叫呢?好明顯呢個係手工菜,清清哋好香。另外見其他檯都有叫釀鯪魚餐牌都係無,唔知仲有幾多樣神秘菜呢?
