又到周末,又到試新野時間。今次新餐廳地點係尖沙咀廣東道既中國廚房/台灣牛肉麵。個名好特別,又中國廚房又台灣牛肉麵。呢度似乎主打台灣牛肉麵,不過今日我地係為點心而來。點心選擇都唔少,同普通酒樓唔同,冇分大中小點,價錢唔同時段都一樣。我地揀左六款點心分享。筍尖蝦餃皇 $46筍尖蝦餃皇一籠四件,皮薄餡靚,啖啖爽脆新鮮蝦肉,真係好好味。黑椒金錢肚 $46黑椒金錢肚有六件。質感幾好,少少煙煙韌韌咁。而黑椒味唔會過火。黑椒牛仔骨 $46大大細細牛仔骨一共有六七件,份量算多。牛仔骨d肉好稔喎,好易咬。黑椒汁味道又係啱啱好,唔過火。呢個價錢抵食喎。花膠鮮竹卷 $46花膠鮮竹卷一籠三件。鮮竹卷上面堅有花膠仔,算係咁啦。鮮竹卷食得出入面有幾層薄薄卷皮,仲有少少質感,絕對唔會一pat野。鮮竹卷入面食到有豬肉餡同爽脆菜粒。食完唔覺太油膩。魚翅灌湯餃 $46魚翅灌湯餃好大隻,難得皮都做得好薄,饀料有好多蟹柳粒,豬肉,雞肉同蝦粒。個湯鹹香十足,好似魚翅嘅金華火腿高湯。鮑魚燒賣 鮑魚燒賣 一籠兩件。真係大大隻乾鮑喺面,有嚼勁而味道幾好。下底嘅燒賣大大粒啖啖肉,食得出有冬菇,蝦肉,豬肉同雞肉,黃皮都整得薄身。試左六款

鮑魚燒賣 一籠兩件。真係大大隻乾鮑喺面,有嚼勁而味道幾好。下底嘅燒賣大大粒啖啖肉,食得出有冬菇,蝦肉,豬肉同雞肉,黃皮都整得薄身。
試左六款點心,全部都好正喎,而家仲做緊八折,有加一但冇茶芥,幾抵食。呢度雖然樓底矮d,但係裝修都唔錯,好鬼中式。我地霸左個卡位,加塊磨沙膠板,都幾有私隱度。
