晚餐時間,與家人正煩惱在那兒開餐?家人提意嚟靚湯水餃,因剛去完越南回來,腸胃仍有點不適,心諗..飲碗湯都好吧?我們叫了韮菜水餃,粟米水餃,椰菜雲耳水餃。款款都要多菜少肉,大隻又材料多,粟米水餃更要一讚,粒粒都是超甜粟,好味又健康。至於個湯底,有兩款,分別星期一,三,五,日是野菜豬骨生魚湯及星期二,四,六是花膠豬骨准山老雞湯,今日飲到的是老雞湯,味濃而不油,飲完都冇口乾,飲得出真係冇味精的,我們幾個人都把湯飲清光,抵讚!至於手撕雞,雖然肉不多,但味道做得唔錯,等我腸胃好番點,要再嚟試吓家人推介的手撕雞飯。
