在香港,想吃德國餐,大多選擇集團的餐廳或一年一度酒店舉行的十月啤酒節,但最近友人發現在筲箕灣也有德國餐廳,遂約好聯袂去試。餐廳不大,我們七、八人已佔領半場,裝修簡約,播著輕鬆的德國民謠,令人心情愉快。吃德國餐,喝杯麥啤是不可或缺,淡淡的麥味和不強的酒精濃度,連女仕們也每人來一杯。先嚐嚐麵包籃中各式麵包,有深啡色的德國傳統的盧根包和pretzel,比在德國吃到的稍軟,但合港人口味,點了頭盤兩款:羅馬生菜拌煙三文魚沙律,以爽脆的Romaine做沙律最穩當,味道不濃,很少人會不喜歡,配幾件煙三文魚和刨些芝士片已很好味;西班牙黑毛豬火腿伴哈蜜瓜,醃了和風乾十八個月的黑毛豬味道並不太濃烈,鹹鹹香香,當然價錢亦不貴,配些皺皮瓜吃也很愜意(餐牌是哈蜜瓜,但質感和味道似皺皮瓜。),若是有黑森林風乾牛肉定必更有德國風味。北海‧鮮蝦蠔周打湯,有濃郁的蠔味,周打湯充滿奶香的忌廉,惟略欠周打湯應有的薯仔粒,紅椒青椒小方塊在湯內。森林蘑菇忌廉湯,菇味深沉,質感幼滑,但欠缺口感,我較愛打爛但未成蓉的蘑菇湯,匈牙利牛臉頰湯,有著paprika 椒的特性,微辣的牛肉湯,滿是蔬菜和牛臉頰作點綴,是我最愛,三款湯,友人各
