一間氣氛不錯的自助餐,坐在中空的大堂有彷彿讓人置身於庭園的感覺。自助餐已松露和海鮮做主題,兩樣都是我最愛食的。香煎鱸魚配黑松露汁和醬爆黑松露雞都十分有特色,總覺得任何菜式配上黑松露都會令到風味大增。黑松露龍蝦芝士意大利飯更是必食推介之一。意大利飯又大廚即叫即整,黑松露配上芝士就更加味道濃郁,可是飯粒太軟,有點咬口會好一點。 每一位客人都可以享用一客松露海鮮釀響螺。 響螺加入其他海鮮配合白汁,芝士和黑松露,真的鮮味十足。可惜只是響螺殼夠大 ,入面的海鮮並不足夠。 除了主食外,各式甜品也加入了黑松露的元素。例如黑松露焦糖燉蛋,和黑松露芝士蛋糕。餐廳的菜式款款都帶著濃濃的松露味,真的必試!
