今日經過康城,見到有間食鴨血既餐廳,就諗起響高雄食過兩次,因為太耐無去旅行,於是入去懷緬一番😋😋🌟 麻辣鴨血豆腐湯 ($58 一位)麻辣鴨血係鼎王既招牌,黎到呢度一定要食,鴨血同豆腐係呢度任食,其他地方都食唔到,而且鴨血大塊,湯底濃味,食落有藥材既味道,鴨血配上麻辣湯底,係最佳嘅配搭😋😋豆腐都唔差,切得大塊,煲得耐都唔會散哂,而且愈煲愈入味,而且唔會蓋過黃豆既味道😋😋🌟 梅花豬肉 ($108)豬肉片新鮮切出,厚度適中,而且大塊,肉味濃郁,唔會太肥,擺盤都好靚,味道同賣相唔錯,必點😋😋🌟 豬腩肉 ($88)豬腩肉顧名思義係有肥膏,但係肥膏佔既比例唔會太多,食落滑口,又不失豬肉既肉味😋😋🌟 手工蝦滑 x 老油條 ($98 & $68)蝦滑新鮮,爽口彈牙,蝦肉係原隻加上蝦滑,食落多左份口感🦐老油條炸得硬身,比較正宗,用黎打邊爐唔會一下子變軟,但又吸收到麻辣湯,必點之一😋😋🌟 鵝腸($78)鵝腸爽脆之餘,仲相當新鮮,洗得好乾淨,無任何肥膏,份量亦都多,唔錯😋😋
