在限聚令稍一放寬,我們急不及待訂了銅鑼灣名廚,與友人一行四位,預訂菜式。是日預訂了冰鎮蟶子皇、雲南酸菜魚湯過橋海斑片、順德煎焗先斑頭腩、古法鹽焗雞、白玉翡翠、胡椒焗海中蝦,敬送腐竹糖水。宴𥱊$3000。味道還是一樣咁好味,無得挑剔,特別愛魚湯斑片。😋只是那個蟶子好像不似「皇」,中蝦也是細了一點。是否百物騰貴,還是疫情下支出過重,縮皮了些?!🥺
