位於中環置地廣場的泰國菜餐廳Mak Mak,主打泰國中部菜。食物賣相精緻、味道極接近泰國地道風味,加上修時尚型格得來又帶點懷舊風,所以向來是城中其中一間我很喜愛的泰菜館。Mak Mak逢星期六、日及公眾假期推出了任點任吃weekend brunch,由中午十二點至下午兩點半供應。前菜小食、沙律、湯、咖喱、主菜、飯麵與甜品等共廿多款,選擇更包括不少餐廳招牌菜,全部即點即製,無限供應。Weekend brunch還包括無限添飲汽水、水及無酒精雞尾酒Longan Nahm等,每位$298,定價吸引!(週末午市時段除了brunch以外,亦可選擇單點菜式)另外還有2款飲品升級選擇。在基本brunch以外,如果選擇無限添飲泰國啤酒、泰式雞尾酒、泰式咖啡及泰式奶茶,brunch每位$398。再加上無限添飲Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label香檳的話,brunch每位$598。這日我們選的是每位$398連酒精飲品的brunch。先來一杯泰式雞尾酒。我選的是相信靈感來自經典雞尾酒Mai Tai的泰風版Mak Thai。以泰國SangSom rum,Appleton white
