今日放工入黎天水圍搵朋友,點知又比我發掘到間好野,一行四人入左一間鋪面雖然平平無奇,店內竟有兩個大鳥籠既佈置,內裡各有一張圓枱,我同朋友正正被邀請入鳥籠座,絕對係龍友既座位黎我地望完餐牌隨即點野食,頭盤1係香芒燒雞肉葡萄黑醋沙律$68,燒雞肉嫩而且唔乾,沙律菜亦非常新鮮,頭盤2係蒜香焗蘑菇$48,蘑菇吸收左蒜香既味道,after tase久久原散,而小食1就點左無骨芝士磨菇雞中翼$55,雞翼裡面雖然唔係流出黎既芝士,但每一口都可拉出芝士絲,味道又係無與倫比,而小食2就係芝士牛肉煎夾餅$58,係我今日最想推介既小食,牛肉芝士係煎夾餅裡,夾餅鬆化,牛肉好有口感,再加上溶透既芝士,絕對滿足哂三個願望,配合埋三款醬汁,有牛油果醬,乳酪,新鮮蕃茄洋蔥醬,又係一番新風味,到主菜出場,第一道海膽天使麵配軟殼蟹$118,但因為天使麵售罄既關係,所以轉左扁意粉,每一條意粉都占滿海膽醬,加上新鮮炸出香脆既軟殼蟹,真係讚不絕口,主菜2係海蝦墨魚汁扁意粉$88,墨汁一點都唔稀,蝦都幾大隻,主菜3係刀片牛$128,五成熟,切埋上,火喉成熟度剛剛好,而且牛肉非常嫰身,配上香脆粗薯條,讚👍,主菜4係香草三文魚配檸檬
