跟媽媽在銅鑼灣做完身體檢查,要找地方吃晚飯,媽媽主動提議去勝博殿,不用我傷腦筋。其實我們都沒有光顧過勝博殿,走過恩平道時差點錯過入口。點菜後,服務員把配菜等送來,要先動手磨芝麻,然後加豬扒醬。邊等邊吃前菜青瓜和蘿蔔,吃完可以再添。椰菜絲也可以無限添吃,無論柚子沙律汁或是芝麻醬汁都同樣滋味。點了兩份有廣島蠔的套餐。這份是廣島蠔伴吉列豚($188),吉列豚可選豬柳或豬排,我們選了鮮嫩炸豬柳。用心製作吉列廣島蠔非常好吃,麵包糠吸收了蠔的鮮味和肉汁,滿口都充滿濃郁的蠔味,特別一提吃時要小心燙口。這份是廣島蠔雜錦海鮮($208),除了吉列廣島蠔,還有炸海蝦、忌廉蟹肉餅和炸帶子。炸帶子不太好吃,大大隻但炸過後沒有了鮮甜味,下次應該選特上級炸豬柳。炸海蝦和忌廉蟹肉餅都做得不錯。套餐還有飯和麵豉湯,我選了白飯。媽媽則選了燕麥飯。
