一班豬朋久未會面,相當開心地相約食豬。其實之前小人曾暗地裡買外賣吃過一次,才敢斗膽推介是也。今次的杏汁白肺湯除了正常的潤滑杏汁白肺之外還下了花膠,格外膠滑!白灼豬膶太受歡迎了,豬朋們吃罷一碟不夠喉,雖然第二碟已不及第一碟靚;但趁著那旁邊彷似是有XO醬的辣汁,直令人停不下來!鹹酸菜炒豬雜乃小人力推,果真超好食,就連席間久友亦謂很久未吃過那麼正宗的鹹酸菜呢!所謂的萬綠叢中半隻雞,即是海量的蔥鋪在雞上,雞嫩不肥,青蔥無需多說是超香的,但對於小人來說就實在太hea囉,只是鋪一大堆蔥在雞上,何啥特別?豬肉雲吞又是圖以一大舊豬肉質飽人之作。反而薑汁芥蘭還好,薑是炸過的,薑味盡顯,菜夠腍,正菜。豬朋喜再久聚,已約定下餐鳥~~~☆☆☆
