翡翠小籠包我食過n次啦,最記得第一次十年前係機場食,果時我覺得佢嘅小籠包真係無敵,係爆好食!隨住越黎越多上海食肆開店,依家嘅翡翠小籠包已經冇以前咁旺場,不過佢咁多分店,有時為求方便唔想諗食咩都會幫襯涼拌海蜇每條都好肥美,爽口,可能因為佢哋推行少鹽少油,略嫌味道淡左d花雕醉雞雞肉好濃酒香味,可惜肉質比較霉炸銀絲卷似炸饅頭多d,沒有絲毫油膩感,但個人比較喜歡外皮炸得再香脆d上海小籠包曾經係我心目中第一位嘅小籠包,雖然而家食都好食,但冇咗以前果種驚艷感,皮應該冇以前做得咁薄,但佢嘅湯汁依然好鮮甜好味雞火炒飯望落平平無奇,食落又幾香口喎,飯粒炒得夠乾身,加上少少鹹雞粒,好食韭王炒鱔糊依碟同行有三個人都覺得麻麻,一個覺得好食。同行三個人包括我都中意稍稍炸過嘅鱔肉,呢碟應該就冇啦,有少許滑潺潺我係唔食皮蛋咖,今次係我首次食呢味菜,冇皮蛋陣怪味,唔知對食皮蛋嘅人是好是壞,對我黎講就好好食,有好多鹹蛋粒,菠菜好夠味,惹味道啱啱好,全晚最好食就係呢碟
