很久沒有在美孚覓食,赫見那邊又開了一些新餐廳。當中有一間叫東海滬,令人立刻聯想東海海鮮酒家來,不過這家卻是主打上海菜。灰白色的裝潢,矮矮的樓底,感覺有點像灣仔的波士廳。雖然是新開業,但餐牌開始變得舊破發黃,茶錢每位不過$6,菜式價格也很相宜。花雕醉雞有着飽滿的賣相,下面墊了一堆青瓜片。12件雞件排成兩層,上層酒味不算很強,下層因為不斷浸漬,酒香濃烈得很。涼涼的醉雞肉質軟嫩,比平時的多了青瓜的清香,但碎骨比較多,而且吃完滿咀油膩。京式鮮肉鍋貼的樣子有點意想不到,與其說是鍋貼,不如說是炸餃子。一碟四隻的鍋貼非常飽滿,雖然皮厚,但外脆內juicy,肉汁帶有濃濃薑蔥味,香口得很。蔥油開洋排骨拌麵用的是幼長白色的麵條,入口軟軟的很爽,彈性倒是談不上。印象中的開洋排骨拌麵應該是沒有加湯的撈麵,像這樣加了湯,反而像普通的排骨麵。撇除這個不說,個人挺喜歡清湯中那股淡淡的芫荽香,排骨金黃香口,雖然肉質不算juicy,但件件無骨,吃起來也方便。黃橋燒餅取名於小鎮的名字,我沒想過它是這個樣子,因為對於「燒餅」的印象,總覺得它應該更圓更扁一點。它的質感亦令人意外,層層酥皮就像奇華禮餅那些中式老婆餅,內餡放了雞
