今晚同屋企人去港大校友會食飯,呢度口碑唔錯,聽講係由一班前陸羽茶室廚師主理,只招待會員,前兩年重新装修,比前亮麗好多。亞哥早一個禮拜前訂位先定到呢日,某些招牌菜亦要預先落單。呢度走傳統烹調方式,越夜越多人。八個人叫了以下小菜:魚肉實唔霉,爽脆好食簡單家常菜,涼瓜清爽,牛肉有肉味柚皮炆得好腍,就係好食豬肉肥瘦啱啱,真外脆內軟,味道酸甜適中,不愧係招牌菜呢度嘅招牌湯水,香濃杏仁味,每人一件豬肺,清甜滋潤雞蛋炒得嫩滑,蝦係大蝦,雖不多,但每人都分到一隻豆腐嫩滑入味,好食,可惜得六舊,唔夠一人一舊。又一招牌菜式,傳統做法,皮金黃色,雞肉嫩滑,唔會過鹹,重有焗香雞肝同腎一齊,上桌無耐,就只剩番雞頭尾部分。炒麵脆卜卜,銀芽肉絲唔過火,味道洽到好處,估唔到一碟普通嘅肉絲炒麵,都可以炒得咁出色飯乾爽粒粒分明,用料十足,好快又被清底以上食物,樣樣都出色,全部被在座各人掃清,就可知味道如何
