今次已經唔記得第幾次幫襯了,越潮係我食過咁多間越南河粉之中湯底最正最濃郁既一間,而且佢係飲晒啲湯都唔會口渴,由此可見係冇味精成份,完全靠佢本身既精華令到個湯咁好味。今次我去到岩岩趕到下午茶時段,叫左串燒同蒸粉卷,另外就叫左火車頭,貪佢多料啲同大碗啲,再加多杯每次必飲既龍眼冰。首先上某既係串燒,我簡左豬同雞,淋上惹味既沙爹醬,啲肉燒到岩岩好,好滑唔鞋身,醬汁有啲原粒花生,增加口感,正!蒸粉卷係我最愛,蒸出來,熱辣辣,滑滑既粉皮包住肉碎、面頭有大量蔥粒同炸乾蔥碎,配埋個醬汁真係天堂級好食。最後到火車頭,一定要加青檸同辣椒🌶️再落少少魚露,無敵
