勝香園聞名香港海外,除咗因為大排檔嘅佈局,仲有遠近馳名嘅蜜糖脆豬~幫襯嗰日都遇到好多韓國人,甚至連指示牌都有韓文,證明真係受到唔少旅客嘅青睞🤓我叫咗牛油檸檬蜜糖脆脆($23)同埋蕃茄鮮牛肉通粉($37),見唔少人都係嗌公仔麵,但個人覺得蕃茄湯底同通粉更加夾😆蜜糖脆豬擺到米奇老鼠咁樣好得意,攞上手好輕飄飄、咬落去”sok sok”聲超脆,但咬多幾下就會發現好乾,好似有啲烘過龍😗而且冇咩牛油香味,表面嘅蜜糖亦都唔足以搽勻成塊麵包,愈食就愈覺得吸晒啲口水🙈睇嚟都係叫返普通嘅西多會好啲~因為通粉係會撈埋啲蕃茄湯底煮,唔似公仔麵咁啲蕃茄會淋喺面,所以望落啲料就好似比較少☹️不過勝在通粉嘅軟硬度適中,湯底亦都好濃嘅鮮蕃茄味、食得出真材實料,牛肉大大塊又唔會疏到冇曬肉質,的確係一碗有水準嘅茶餐廳通粉👍🏻
