午飯時間過來「飲杯茶,食個包」,除了必吃的蘆筍蝦餃、黃沙潤燒賣、义燒包、鮮蘆筍帶子腸粉和百花釀魚肚等美味蒸籠上的點心外,因為喉嚨有點兒不適,是次點了一鍋杏汁燉白肺湯,份量足以讓4至6人每人飲一至兩碗,香香的杏仁香味,加上有咬口的豬肺,真的清香潤喉。另外冷盤點了一份餡料用上新鮮的胡蘿蔔絲、芹菜絲、和冬菇絲做的素鵝,不但賣相吸引,而且美味兼健康,可謂色、香、味全。最後甜品除了懷舊芝麻卷和炸馬蹄卷外,我們還點了香滑潤喉的蛋白杏仁茶,又是吃得捧着肚子的一餐。
