之前一直都好想試Omakase,但真係唔捨得用自己荷包食。咁啱生日月朋友話請我食喎,仲要係午市買一送一,以我比較過咁多間有做omakase嘅餐廳嘅經驗黎講,真心平到爛,於是我就抱住滿心期待咁去應約。朋友專登book左bar枱位,可以一路睇住師傅整一路食。位置仲要係餐廳最入面,相比起出面嘅位安靜得多。個日張bar枱都full左,大約有8個人左右,都冇咩話同師傅交流嘅環節,不過每上一道菜師傅都會簡單介紹下係咩黎。待應都有好貼心咁問下有冇啲咩特別唔食,可以避免。雖然係午市,但食材一樣豪華。首先頭盤上左個蠔同沙律,個蠔上面仲有啲啫喱,加倍左個滑滑嘅口感,一跣入個口入面,鮮甜感完全爆曬出黎,仲有淡淡海水鹹味,令我更期待之後上嘅菜。然後就係刺身同壽司,壽司有好多種類,有炙燒過嘅壽司,魚生壽司,蝦蟹貝殼類嘅都有。佢全部食材都好新鮮,完全唔會有腥味,反而仲保留住魚油香味同鮮味。中間佢有上左一道熱菜,就係蘿蔔炆牛腩,牛腩一啲都唔筋唔痴牙,幾乎係入口即融。仲有一個海膽手卷,脆脆嘅紫菜包住大大舊嘅鮮甜海膽,放喺脷上面享受,都唔捨得吞佢落去。最令我驚喜嘅係最後一道菜,就係玉子壽司卷啦。佢唔講係玉子我就咁睇真係

中間佢有上左一道熱菜,就係蘿蔔炆牛腩,牛腩一啲都唔筋唔痴牙,幾乎係入口即融。仲有一個海膽手卷,脆脆嘅紫菜包住大大舊嘅鮮甜海膽,放喺脷上面享受,都唔捨得吞佢落去。

最令我驚喜嘅係最後一道菜,就係玉子壽司卷啦。佢唔講係玉子我就咁睇真係唔會知。佢嘅質感根本就係舊海綿蛋糕,食落先感受到佢嘅蛋香。

餐廳喺預約個時就預先知呢餐係我嘅生日飯,仲準備左一個甜品仔加支蠟燭俾我,呢餐真係食得好幸福呀~
