蠔油芥蘭,矛得輸!到低芥蘭邊度出產架?自己去街市都買唔到爽嫩鮮甜多汁無渣,那來的品種?極重菜甜味,菜汁清香可口,爽嫩不粗不鞋,搭上鮮味蠔油更添生氣。牛肚河,,金錢肚高質爽彈味濃,湯底濃郁甜美滷水甜美。河粉滑溜彈彈,添埋激辣辣椒渣更香更辣,頂級辣椒油辣度直迫界限!
滷肉伊麵,潮州叉燒鬆化彈牙,鬆軟綿密無渣美香甜,恰像日式叉燒,比日式叉燒更美味。如不浸湯食撈麵味道會更突出,伊麵嚥韌夠爽口。鳳爪牛丸皇粗麵,不是炸爪真係好,膠滑味濃甜甜。牛丸皇食得到的粒粒脆脆,牛汁爆開勁彈。我完全溶化了!勁隊 3 羹辣椒渣辣到頭痛,超辣!
雲吞伊麵,清湯甜美,成碗倒落牛腩湯,爽滑嚥韌伊麵,雲吞結實不散,蝦爽肉甜,比多間雲吞專門店更好食。牛肚柱侯牛筋腩撈麵,明明準時收工都上唔到小巴,連個天都要我去酒精治療!兩羹辣椒渣夠我濕,再加上坐係收銀機附近廚房位無風扇熱爆咯!
紫菜柱侯牛筋腩伊麵,大埔蔡潤記 5 羹辣油才使我有點快感,但通記 1 羹已使我死去活來典床典席不停出水!怕辣到肚仔痛,已非常忍手忍口,激香激辣味道特濃,諗起都流晒口水,額頭颷晒汗呢!滑溜嚥韌伊麵捲起紫菜牛腩掛著激辣辣椒油,大口大口大注大注地連湯吸啜,滾燙到起水泡都在所不惜,越熱越好味道!香脆甘甜紫菜搭鬆化味濃牛腩一氣呵成狠吞虎嚥,美味無比幸福滿足!
魚蛋牛筋粗麵,魚蛋真係非常光滑圓碌碌腍劈劈少少魚味帶微腥唔難食。牛筋已被柱侯汁完全滲透,顏色亮麗富光澤,味濃而帶甜,清新不濁的味道,炆得比年糕勁軟綿更嚥韌,膠黏美妙。優質粗麵爽滑跳彈,蛋香突出,曲曲能帶著更多兇湧湯汁,大大力啜發出瀡瀡的聲音,快感疾走!何解辣得那麼利害,辣到死去活來典床典蓆,食到手震不停滲水,興奮絕倫越辣越痛越開心!紫菜牛丸皇河,實淨嫩滑河粉別有番風味,濃湯紫菜味再加勁辣辣椒油,勁辣咸鮮好好飲,湯汁一滴不漏飲晒!
豬手撈伊麵,清湯醇厚味濃,像是有魚蛋鮮味咸香好好飲喎。師傅非常有誠意,到底這是什麼風水陣,蓮花陣?劉關張?三星伴月?中間放上骨頭點綴,估不到您也有風趣的一面。豬手有修甲有修腳皮,心理關口全部刪除,真豬手肥美啖啖肉,沒半點油膩感覺,每一口都是黏膠彈滑骨膠原。
南乳汁滲透內外,甜美多汁,輕啜骨肉分離,舒服幸福。先來原味超高質多角度的烹煮,有蛋味有油香完全保留,用高湯浸煮不是白烚,索入甜湯美妙絕倫,爽彈嚥韌使得我愛不釋手。讓她跟南乳汁撈得均勻,再來第二波狠狠地吸入,清淡的南乳味還未能滿足到我。主將出場必勝激辣秘製辣辣油!超勁辣辣椒油兩羹能使我死去活來打空翻,拖著特濃的辣咸味大大啖連環攻擊,邊食邊冒汗,高潮迭起,迅速消滅,開心暢快飄飄然。
秘製牛腩飯,一碟柱侯牛腩飯幾種玩法,真係不得了!最初只想扒兩啖飯仔就收工,味道夾到天衣無縫,樣樣都高質美味叫我點忍到喎﹗清到一粒飯一滴汁一啖湯都無剩,罪過罪過。基本秘製牛腩飯,變奏柱侯牛腩紫菜湯飯、特辣柱侯牛腩飯、柱侯牛腩生菜包。淨係個腩汁牛筋腩撈飯已經好味到升仙,尤其是個柱侯腩汁,靚汁腩肉味道非凡,醇厚清香不膩已經可以撈幾碟飯咯!大埔陳漢記、魚滑、學利都要行埋一邊。她媽的頂上牛筋腩,好食到不停講粗口,啖啖鬆化綿綿牛腩躺在香飯上,撈汁撈飯合拍到天地不容,人人得而誅之!必殺辣椒油撈飯,甜辣咸香共冶一爐,所有食物灰飛煙滅,隻碟都舔到乾乾淨淨!
紫菜湯,突想起旺角大隻佬麵家跟飯餐碗紫菜湯,份量只得飯碗仔而且得幾絲紫菜,真陰功!通記就送贈正常一湯碗及一份紫菜呢,極感動啊。柱侯牛腩紫菜湯飯,同樣無得頂!腩汁牛腩紫菜湯飯齊齊灌入口,好食到震﹗
蠔油生菜,激甜的生菜,那裡來的?只 $15 蚊足足半隻,以想不到的份量,食開 $10 蚊有 4 份 1 個架乍,老闆慷慨解囊。紫菜四寶粗麵,黑氣持續想加炸魚皮已沒有了,搞到我忘記想加腩汁添,幸好湯底依舊香醇濃郁無得頂,加上紫菜咸鮮更美妙,點解只有七粒既?墨魚丸最貴所以得一粒?
全部自家製絕對誠意十足,墨魚丸真材實料啖啖墨魚香還有脆脆嚥韌墨魚肉,結實彈牙鮮味強烈。魚皮餃彈彈鮮甜沒半點腥嗅魚汁旺盛,豬肉丸滑彈兼備肉汁輕滲豬肉甜突出,魚蛋腍腍帶綿滑的有微弱魚甜味。通記出品款款高檔樣樣出色,就連辣椒油都寧捨非凡,您教我如何是好?貪吃嗜辣的人有難了﹗粗麵蛋香出眾,滑彈嬌嫩無邊際,原味拖著香濃湯汁已無可匹敵,掛上勁辣咸香辣椒油惹味刺激衝出世界,湯汁變成香辣紫菜味更使得我如痴如醉,飲得一滴不漏。
