無諗過新文華都有啲咁有格調嘅餐廳!店員親切有禮,一坐低會告知客人當日鋪頭promotion,而且擺枱位置適宜,枱同枱中間嘅空間好足夠~當日order咗一湯、三碟tapas、一個main course,整體都好滿意🥰—Soup—周打蠔湯 ($88)周打蜆湯、魚湯就飲得多,配蠔真係未試過🤣蠔湯入口香濃,口感creamy,食得出薯仔蓉🥔蠔亦比想像中大隻,味道鮮甜,有些微金屬味,推薦👍🏼—Tapas—烤西班牙蛋餅 ($78)其實本身想食broken egg,可惜呢度無🥺蛋餅滿滿蛋香,包裹住薯仔絲、洋葱絲,仲有風乾蕃茄作點綴,口感有層次。不過不太啱我口味,都係鍾意broken egg多啲😝香辣蒜片橄欖油大蝦 ($58)呢度唔同其他餐廳咁跟多士,所以橄欖油會較少,不過我反而又幾鍾意❤️蝦身爽口夠大隻,不過就唔好預佢會有新鮮蝦嘅鮮甜味😹白酒煮藍青口 ($88)呢個不推薦,落單時店員有提醒呢款青口會較細隻,但食落味道都唔太吸引,細隻之餘咬落仲好實,伴碟嘅洋蔥仲好食過佢😰—Main Course—西班牙章魚墨汁燉飯 ($258)嚟食之前已經諗住嗌呢款paella,果然係不負所望!🤤好!好!食!因為以前中過

嚟食之前已經諗住嗌呢款paella,果然係不負所望!🤤好!好!食!因為以前中過太多次伏,一係飯太爛又無味,一係海鮮好霉唔新鮮😵💫但係呢個飯身吸收晒高湯同墨汁嘅鮮香味,口感夠硬;章魚腳肥嘟嘟,好有咬口🐙食落個太陽穴好c伏🥳

Sangria作為西班牙國飲,點可以miss咗佢🤣餐廳做緊promotion,每惠顧一個main course就可以以半價叫杯Sangria~我同朋友各嗌了一杯white同red,果味重,但唔會過酸過甜,我哋一致認為white好飲過red🍹
