中環食個靚扒要幾多錢?糧尾時,在中環上班的朋友,帶左我去一間新開的立食店,嗯!都話糧尾子,退稅又未收到,食平啲都係應該啦,哈哈哈!呢間叫Metal Steak 的立食店,就正正係勝香園嗰條街,入門口就見到餐牌,以克計感覺均真,一般食量大概200克就足夠了!落單程序有點像Food Court, 廚師會即時切肉磅重,問左幾成熟,會列明喺張tag 度,拎返張tag 去俾錢就得了!朋友叫的和牛西冷,因為脂肪多,搶火搶到好誇張,我就隔住玻璃嘩嘩嘩叫!笑!話明係立食,即係企住食!然而本人家母(或者長輩)就最憎坐唔定食飯,真係會開拖話唔消化,所以呢度雖然係立食,但都設有坐位,無計,中國人係咁教育,好難一時間改到!沿住樓梯上仲有一層座位!座位都唔少㗎!咁我地就坐住等店員送餐了~~枱上面會有齊各款的刀叉,多款醬汁,最細心同特別就係有埋圍裙,朋友圈中,總有幾個食野係天一半地一半,俾件衫食晒!所以我覺得放喺度方便又唔會好突兀!朋友的七成熟A4左賀西冷扒,切開係粉紅色的,肉質嫩滑勁Juicy,而且有少少焦香!!!而我就點左西班牙黑毛豬鞍!仲叫左三成熟!店員教路加啲黑醋落熱辣辣的鐵板到,蒸發左醋酸味後,甜甜的橡
