今日同朋友去荃灣買野,所以就係個頭揀左間越式野食。串燒是必嗌的,由其係雞肉,肉質嫩滑而且非常惹味,沙嗲醬都好濃郁,令人有想再食既衝動。椒鹽炸軟殼蟹炸得好脆好乾身,椒鹽味都算重,調味調得幾好。本身諗住嗌通菜但賣哂,所以嗌左越式馬拉盞配油麥菜,啲菜幾新鮮,係估唔到都幾辣下,不過辣得黎都幾好食,但食唔到辣既就唔建議食,可以試吓清炒蒜蓉或者越式蟹頭膏。招牌炒飯有好多細細粒既海鮮係入面幾有咬口,味道比較清淡,仲有兩隻炸蝦,都唔會太膩。然後牛油蒜蓉雞翼都係必嗌,新鮮熱辣辣炸到卜卜脆,入面肉質嫩滑,仲有陣陣牛油同蒜香味,味道濃郁。仲有柚子鮮蝦沙律,睇個名以為有普通鮮蝦,但原來係炸鮮蝦,味道酸酸甜甜,柚子都幾爽口,整體都唔錯既。然後食越式野通常都會嗌椰汁冰,呢間既椰汁冰都唔錯,幾香滑,椰汁味都濃郁。而朋友見到越式滴漏咖啡有個👍🏻又幾特別就試下,香味濃郁醇厚,略帶苦澀回甘,佢最底係奶,落既份量可以自己決定。
